The location was perfect, just two streets back from the ‘main strip’. The room was clean and cozy. The communication with the host was easy and he was very welcoming.

Apartments and rooms La Fondiaria are located in the heart of the most beautiful Istrian town of Rovinj, only 50 m from the sea promenade and the main street called Carera. Two beautifully decorated and comfortable double rooms and three modern, fully-equipped apartments located in the old town of Rovinj are the perfect choice for an unforgettable vacation in Istria. All units offer free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air-conditioning, bed linen, towels and parking. Since traffic is restricted in the old town of Rovinj, parking is provided about 500 m from the property. On arrival, the owner will meet the guests, pick them up and provide transfer from the free parking to the property. On departure, transfer will also be provided from the property to the free parking. Double room Ana is located on the ground floor, and provides ideal accommodation for two people.
