Our two apartments are located very near town center but still we have quite surrounding. We offer free parking places. Both apartments are on the first floor, the owner lives on the second floor. Few minutes away from us (about 2 to 3 minutes by foot) are: the town center, post office, bus station, supermarket, fresh fish market, fresh food market, ER/paramedics, stores, shops, coffee bars, restaurants, banks, taxi service. Split airport is 5 km away, nearest big beach is located 3 km away and 4 km away is Hotel Medena with many facilities for the adults and the kids (small boat renting, scuba diving, waterskiing, basketball, entertainment on the water, etc). You can reach these beaches and other beaches by: foot (many guests do that), bus, taxi/car or by boat (at the town waterfront (5 min away) many small transfer boats offer their transfer services to the near beaches). Important notice: our town is small and very safe, you can walk freely in the middle of the night. Everyone is friendly and everyone knows everyone. You are welcome to visit us! :-)

My name is Toni Agic and I rent these apps mostly during summer time only. I am officially employed in the local municipality in the department for environmental protection. I have finished high college in chemical engineering (University of Split, Faculty of Chemistry and Technology) and previously I have also attended high school (Educational Center for Health) and earned rights to become a hospital nurse. :)

Our app is very near the town center but still it has the quiet surrounding. The events in which you might be interested in are to be held in the old town core and almost every evening there is band music performance on the main public square. There are also many restaurants with Mediterranean cuisine and other, there are fast foods, local pubs, coffee bars, night club in town and at town waterfront. Nearby town area are the beaches and the hotels with the facilities (open for everybody) for the kids (there all all kind of entertainments on the water and on the beach). The surrounding is completely safe. Also, our town Trogir has been included in the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites so in the evenings, after the relaxing day on the beach, you can enjoy in exploring the history of this very old and magnificent town: Historical city core, with about 10 churches and numerous buildings from the 13th century, The city gate (17th century) and city walls (15th century), The Fortress Kamerlengo (15th century), The Cathedral (13th century) with the Portal of Master Radovan, The Duke's Palace (13th century), etc.
