Once you walk into the apartment you will instantly feel at home. Every part of this beautiful apartment is designed with a lot of feeling and eye for detail. Heart of the inside of the apartment is a common living area with a kitchen and living room. Living room is equipped with a big and cosy sofa and TV with satellite programs. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, dishwasher, cooking board, oven, cooking hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. The spacious kitchen is also a dining area with a table for 4 people. Apartment offers two bedrooms with a king sized bed, equipped with a large wardrobe and table. Each room has its own bathroom with a shower. Beds in the apartment are always prepared for guests with linen. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, basin, hair dryer and towels for every guest. In one of the bathrooms you can also find a washing machine.

Unique features of the apartment are a swimming pool with a big outdoor terrace and open Seaview to marina Punat.

Garden is very spacious and completely fenced. Main feature of the terrace is the beautiful Seaview and large swimming pool (28m2) only at your disposal. By the swimming pool is a nice lounge sofa and sun chairs prepared for you. To prepare meals, you can also use an electric grill. Apartment Timmy is equipped with air conditioning, floor heating system, complete Wi-Fi coverage, SAT TV, washing machine, bed linens and towels. Your car will be safely parked in a private parking lot located by the house.
