Brand new apartment SOL-INN is located in a beautiful, archeological city Solin that lies on the river Jadro and is located a few minutes drive from Split. Apartment is fully equipped and it has 2 bedrooms, spacious kitchen and living room, separate dining room, bathroom with walk-in shower, a balcony and 2 parking spots. There is fast 5G Internet network in the whole apartment. Good location, clean accommodation, comfort is what this apartment is all about! Enjoy it! The space One bedroom has a king size bed (180*200cm) with the wardrobe for clothes with big mirror and a flat smart TV. The other bedroom has two single beds (90*190cm) and the wordrobe for clothes with big mirror. Bed linen is included as well. Kitchen is equipped with appliances such as stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, stick blender and toaster It also has all the dishes, plates, pans, pots, glasses and cutlery that will make your cooking experience easy and enjoyable. There is also a led lighting all around the kitchen area. Dining room is located in a separate room with a big table and 6 chairs, which gives more intimate atmosphere when dining. Living room has a spacious and big sofa that can easily accommodate 1 more person, a small coffee table and a big flat smart TV. Bathroom has walk in shower and all basic essentials – hair dryer, washing machine, towels. Portable dryer and clothespins will also be provided, as well as the ironing board and iron. Balcony has a small coffee table with 2 chairs and is good for chill moment and a smoke area (since smoking is forbidden inside the apartment!) The air conditioning is located in the living room and is faced directly towards the doors of both rooms and bathroom so it should cool you off, if necessary.

My sister Ivana and I will be your hosts. We played basketball profesionally around Europe for many years, so we know how it is to be in a guest in a foreign country. Neighborhood is very safe, nice and mostly quiet. People are very friendly as majority of neighbors are younger families. We must add this is not a party location and it is necessary to respect the building rule and try to keep it quiet from 23:00 (11pm)-7:00 (7am).
