Divinity's Reach makes a unique 5 meters high cellings, with a nice touch of details located in hearth of old town, is full of natural light, air conditioned and with free WiFi. The closest beach is Maestrala 600 meters, you can get there by "Barka" which is 2 minutes away, according to some, as old as 3000 years. It's a small boat that connects the mainland and the Zadar peninsula. Kolovare is a well known and popular beach among citizens and tourists. It was awarded a Blue Flag - a symbol of quality and purity of the sea. The beach is pebbly with paved areas and above there is a pine forest that provides shade during hot summer days. Just in front of the building, there is a paid public parking, and small free public parking for around 20 cars, sometimes during the peak season free parking is difficult to find, but you will always find a parking spot on the paid ones. Also, it's not the only free parking lot, if you don't mind walking, there are numerous free parking lots, 10-15 minutes walking distance from the apartment. For the mid-long term stays, there is an option to reserve a parking spot in a 24/7 secured garage center, with a private key card. Excellent public transport. Taxi station next to the building. Bus stations and ports for a few minutes walk away. Nearby are landing ships that go on daily excursions to the National Park "Kornati"
