Enjoy a peaceful and private vacation in this house with a swimming pool, located in a quiet part of Makarska. It is perfect for families who want to escape from busy and noisy areas. The best thing about this house is that it offers privacy. Outdoor Space - At the back of the house with mountain views you will find a swimming pool with a spacious outdoor dining area that has a barbecue, table and chairs. The pool also has sunbeds, umbrellas and a hot shower. You will like that there are no neighbors nearby and that the house is surrounded by old olive trees. In front of the house there is a large garden where you can park your car privately. No one else is using any of these spaces. Interior space - This vacation home has more than 120 square meters of interior space. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen has everything you need, such as a stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, kettle, filter and espresso coffee maker, and hand mixer. The living room consists of 2 couches and an Android TV (55 inches). Every room in the house has air conditioning and satellite TV. One of the bathrooms includes a washing machine. ᯤ 50 mbps WiFi is available throughout the house and pool. In case of any difficulties, mobile 4G internet dongle is available at our expense! *Car is recommended because the house is located on a hill.

Makarska is famous for its beautiful beaches that stretch along the coast. Some of them are pebbly, some are sandy, and some are naturist-friendly. Makarska is also a great base for exploring the Makarska Riviera and nearby islands, a scenic area that includes many other towns and villages along the Adriatic Sea. You can visit places like Brela, Baška Voda, Tučepi or Podgora by car or by boat. You can also enjoy various activities like hiking, biking, rafting or paragliding in the nearby Biokovo mountain range. Makarska offers something for everyone: culture, nature, entertainment and relaxation. It is a perfect destination for a memorable holiday.
