Istria is known for its excellent cuisine; we especially recommend the stockfish, mussels na ?Buzara Art? as well as the Istrian pasta ?Fu?i? or a grill platter with different kinds of meat, served with a glass of Malvasia white wine, should perfectly round off your vacation.
