The house has a fantastic 25 m² swimming pool, with a large terrace. Parking is provided by the house. The property is set on 2 floors. On the surface of 130 m² there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Pets are welcome (extra charge) and 3 air conditioners (extra charge) will ensure a comfortable stay in the house during the summer heat. Please note that an air conditioning fee of 15 euro per night is not included in the price.

In the central part of the northern Croatian coast, from the old Frankopan fortress called Novigrad, the tourist town of Novi Vinodolski developed and expanded along the sea coast. Hospitality of the local population, crystal clear sea, various beaches, town and surroundings free of industrial pollutants, numerous vineyards, hunting areas, fresh air, well-maintained cycling and hiking trails, viewpoints and promenades - all that gives the Novi Vinodolski Riviera priceless ecological advantages, especially for the development of the tourism and hospitality industry. This city, among other things, preserves the Vinodolski zakonik from 1288, the oldest Croatian legal monument written in glagoljica.
