The house is energy independent, it gets electricity from 220V solar panels, and it draws water from a tank. You can use the water for cooking and hygiene, the water for cooking must be boiled first. The house consists of two bedrooms, an equipped kitchen with a dining room and a living room, a veranda, a spacious terrace with a view of the private pool and greenery. Drinking coffee with a view of green olives or tasting grilled food in a natural environment and the peace of nature will give you an unforgettable feeling. There is also table tennis and attractions for the youngest in the yard of the house. You can explore the natural surroundings of the hinterland of Vodice with numerous archeological sites by bicycle along the bicycle paths.
