Unwind, relax and enjoy peace and quiet in this fully restored 130 years old luxury stone Mediterranean country house with an amazing view of the Adriatic Sea, the island of Krk and the Vinodol Valley. The house was built in 1888. by my great-great-grandfather who was a blacksmith. The house has 100 m2 living area plus 45 m2 private courtyard and is located only 4 km from the Adriatic Sea in Bribir, a beautifully positioned town in the Vinodol Valley overlooking the city of Novi Vinodolski. Our house was newly renovated in 2019 and now the house offers all amenities and comfort you need. The house is surrounded by a 3 meter high stone wall that ensures your privacy and romantic feeling. Each room in the house has stunning sea or mountain views. For your ultimate experience you can relax and enjoy sun and sea view from our terrace.

Here you can experience best of both worlds - beautiful, idyllic, tranquil, peaceful, dreamy and ancient village of Bribir with many hiking, cycling and walking routes, or you can enjoy beautiful sunny beaches, restaurants and night life in nearby top tourist destinations Novi Vinodolski and Crikvenica. Our House is within 10 min walking distance (1 km) from the Bribir town center where you can find fresh bakery, Pizza restaurant, two supermarkets and Cafes. Here you can also explore the old part of the town with remnants of the former castle, the medieval hill-fort from the 12th century as well as renaissance works of art in St. Peter and Paul Church built in 1524. Just 15 km drive up the mountain you can cool of and explore beautiful Bribir forest and valleys, encounter wild horses or try the most amazing local food in restaurants such as "Vagabundina koliba". Bribir is easy accessible by main as well as by local routes. You can drive either by highway A1-A6 via Rijeka and Crikvenica, or you can explore exciting and romantic low traffic route via Fužine - Lič and Bribir mountain.
