Villa provides 3 apartments on the upper floor (apartments with sea view) and 2 apartments on the ground floor (deluxe and ground floor apartment). They all have terraces towards the sea except the ground floor apartment which has a balcony but also with sea and mountain view. Each apartment contains a bedroom with a double bed for two and a living room with a sofa bed for two people, kitchen with all supplies and a bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Terraces are equipped with a wooden table with chairs and quality Italian sunshades. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a fridge, a stovetop, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. Some units has a dishwasher (deluxe, ground floor). Bed linen is provided in the apartment. A washing machine in the laundry can also be used. Apartments has air condition. Villa is next to the sea and has a private beach with loungers. The stairs lead to the beach through a nicely decorated yard with plants. There is also a new heated swimming pool with great view surrounded by wooden loungers and sunshades and next to it summerhouse with barbecue. Under the pool there is a new sauna with all contents and a training ground.

Zadar Airport is 40 km from the resort. Paklenica National Park is 2.9 km away from the resort. It is characterized by its magnificent forests, untouched nature, magnificent landscapes and various plant and animal species. What attracts visitors the most is mountaneering. International Climbers Meeting has been taking place in Paklenica National Park for the last 17 years. 7 out of 11 Winnetou films were filmed close to Starigrad Paklenica. The town offers organized tours of film locations. Tourist Board of Starigrad Paklenica County organises trips to various locations, such as even 3 sites which are on UNESCO’s list of World Heritage Sites located in the immediate vicinity. Those are, the most famous Croatian National Park- Plitvice Lakes National Park, the Cathedral of St. James in Šibenik and the historic town of Trogir.
