Name of Villa CroAdria comes from idea that we want our guests to evoke unique experience of Croatia and beautiful Adriatic Sea. Owner of the Villa is more than happy to assist their guests with every step of their vacation. From transportation to from the airport, boat tours to Brač, Hvar, Vis and Blue Cave, road tours to spectacular National Parks like Krka and Plitvice Lakes etc.
Owner of the Villa lives on the same lot with separated entrance so you can have 24/7 assistance without being interrupted.
Owner is taking care of the Villas surroundings everyday like cleaning the pool, removing leafs from grass area and everything that will make your stay smoother and easier.
We can provide early check-in and later check-out depending on availability.
Villa is located in quite area with just 10 min of walk to the beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Golf and tennis courts are only 2km far. What makes this place special is that you are close to everything but you are still isolated from the crowd.
Everything you need from beaches, shops, restaurants and bars is walking distance from Villa. Bus station is only 10 min walking from Villa with bus lines going directly to Split or Omiš city center. From Port of Split you can go to almost every island with ferries and catamarans going frequently. There are also amazing mount biking and hiking trails to Old Village Podstrana in the top of the mountain where you can experience most amazing view to Split and Adriatic islands.
