Ovaj objekt se iznamljuje do 30.09.2021. na tjednoj bazi Chalet Ograjčica smještena je u blizini mjesta Gašparci, nekoliko stotina metara od samoga mjesta, u Primorsko goranskoj županiji, a na samoj granici sa obližnjom Slovenijom. Objekt se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji na jednoj strani sa pogledom na zelenu šumu “pluća Gorskog kotara”, a druge na potočić koji prolazi u neposrednoj blizini same kuće. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatno parkiralište i besplatan WI FI. Chalet Ograjčica sa 4 zvjezdice, prvenstveno gostima željnima istinskog odmora, nudi dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, dnevni boravkom sa kuhinnjom i trpezarijom. U sklopu objekta nalazi se i konoba koja je ukopana dijelom u kojoj je gostima na raspolaganju kamin, kuhinja sa šankom i stol sa klupama za obiteljske ili društvene aktivnosti. Osim toga u dvorištu se nalazi terasa sa pogledom na šumu i natkrivenim dijelom u sklopku kojega su roštilj, sudoper i stol sa stolicama za uživanje za vrijeme toplih, kišnih dana, a opet na “otvorenome” gdje je moguće opustiti se na ležaljkama koje su na raspolaganju gostima.
U vlasništu obitelji Gašparac nalazi se obnovljena “starina” uz koju je stajao sjenik na mjestu kojega je jedan od potomaka zajedno sa svojom obitelji odlučio izgraditi drvenu kuću koja se veličinom nije značajno promijelila, ali samim stilom gradnje i uređenjem okućnice izgrađena je kako bi se uklopila u podneblje Gorskog kotara. Kako se kuća nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji naš moto je da svakom našem gostu boravak bude ugodan i opuštajući. Kupska dolina poznata je osim po rijeci Kupi i kao dolina leptira, jer u njoj obitava preko 500 raznih vrsta leptira tako da gosti mogu uživati u neokaljanoj pravoj prirodi, miru tišini, pjevu ptica, a za one željne avanture ima i dodatnih sadržaja.
Chalet Ograjčica udaljen je od rijeke Kupe svega stotinjak metara, a do mora je dijeli 60 km. Tako da za “vrućih” ljetnih dana gosti mogu uživati na rijeci, mogu se uputiti prema moru, a zatim se vratiti i uživati u osvježavajućem ambijentu. Za vrijeme zime obzirom da se objekt nalazi u Kupskoj dolini gosti ovisno o godini mogu doživjeti i snježne radosti.
