The house is situated in the quite enclave with charming street which is surprising given that you are just three minutes walk from the main street Stradun. One of the real pleasures of this house is PRIVATE GARDEN shaded by orange and palm trees. Here you will have the feeling of complete privacy away from the hustle and bustle of this popular destination. Long time ago turtles found their home and still live in our garden. Luxurious materials are combined with a tasteful minimalist use of furniture creating a very interesting design. Ground floor offers living space, dining table and kitchen with granite countertops. As well utility space under stairs with all in one washer&dryer. Special highlights include traditional wall structure, fuchsia velvet sofa, dining table for four people and Nespresso coffee machine. Hand-made old oak stairways lead to the private bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floor. Special attention in the bedroom on the first floor is given to the wallpaper edited by Clarke and Clarke. Extinct is a model of wallpaper that pays tribute to animal species that no longer exist.
This 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms uniquely designed private stone house in the heart of the Old town is spread over three floors. Ground floor offers spacious living space, dining table and kitchen with granite countertop. The real gem is garden shaded by orange and palm trees only few steps away from the house. Property's highlights are traditional wall structure, lamps by Gubi, Nespresso coffee machine, wallpapers by Clarke and Clarke, bathroom shower and basin mixer by danish design icon Vola. The house is ideal for winter months as well because every room has floor heating which is a rare find in the Old town. Home truths: *This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator. *This home also has stairs leading up to the front door. * Sometimes you will find neighbour's cats in garden.
House with garden is located on a quiet street, just 2 minutes walk south of Stradun, the main pedestrian street of the Old town. The location is ideal for exploring the history, sights, restaurants, bars and entertainment of the Old town. Buža beach and bar in only 3 minutes away from the house which is amazing option for early morning swimming. I would recommend visiting the Island of Lokrum, green oasis like my garden, which is only 10 minutes away from the Old port by boats 'Skala' and 'Zrinski' which operates every 30 minutes in a peak season.
