This one of a kind luxury apartment is perfectly located, just above the Diocletian’s palace and the old town, and to get to the coast (Riva) you will enjoy a short three minute walk through the most charming part of Split with many family restaurants. Located on a hillside, you will enjoy the best view in the city from our generous (more than 40m2) terrace.Just behind the villa is park/forest Marjan, that offers beaches, trails, many possibilities to enjoy and feel the Mediterranean like it once was.
I am Filip, born and raised in Split, graduated from RIT, NY. Meeting new people, and cultures is something I love. I had the luck that my lifestyle and my work have always permitted me to do so. Since I have extrovert personality I meet people with ease, and I make new acquaintances often. As your host, I would like to make your stay in Split unforgettable, and the experience you will talk about with smile when you get back home. Food is my second passion, so I am currently learning to become a chef, so I believe I can recommend you what and where to eat while staying here. I have an extensive network of the people I cooperate with so I can organize whatever you may need while you enjoy your vacation. My professional career is related to trade with Southeast Asia and South America, Football Marketing, and Hospitality. As you can see pretty diverse fields, but somehow I like them all. Varos is one of the oldest parts of Split. Small stone houses, flowers on the windows, and the many charming restaurants with great local food. The neighborhood is great for taking photos, and while doing that you will also meet the customs and the traditions of the local people.
