Brand new Villa Matea in the peaceful Istrian village of Orbanići is a true pearl. If you enjoy the tranquility and nature, village “Orbanići” is a great choice. The first larger town, Vodnjan, is 7 km away. 3-bedroom villa Matea is located on a spacious private estate of 1,700 m2. 6 guests can comfortably enjoy their stay at the villa, with an additional 2 sleeping spaces in the living room (sleeping sofa). All bedrooms have air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, there is another air-conditioner and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher and filter coffee machine. The property features a private pool, children's playground, and a coal barbecue. A covered terrace with an outdoor table, swimming in the pool and a good barbecue equals a top holiday. Private fenced parking and free WiFi are included in the offer. A baby cot and high chair are available for all families with children.

"Orbanići" is an idyllic Istrian village with about 150 inhabitants. There is no noise, crowd or stress here. At a distance of 7 kilometers lies the small town of Vodnjan. Touristy and medieval municipality of "Svetvinčenat" is only 12 km away. Tourist centers like Pula and Rovinj are 17 km and 29 km from Villa Matea. The first store is nearby, 300 m from the house. The popular restaurant with local specialties, "Konoba Klarići", is only 3.9 km from the village of Orbanići. Favorite among tourists, adrenaline park "Glavani park", is 4,4 km away. The famous horse ranch "Barba Tone" is located in nearby village of "Manjadvorci", 7 km from the property.
