Villa Silvano & Nadija is a new and modern decorated villa that provides all the comfort of a great summer vacation. It consists of 3 comfortable and vast bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each room has a private TV and a Wi-Fi coverage throughout the whole accommodation. The living room with the dining and the kitchen, form a common open space decorated also in a modern style. The contemporary kitchen contains all the necessary tools and utensils that will make it easier for you to prepare delicious meals and delicacies for your whole family. Within the villa, there is a summerhouse that contains another kitchen and an additional restroom with a washing machine. This separate unit is designed as a place for socializing and enjoying warm summer days as well as relaxing evenings. This kitchen is also well furnished with all household devices so that you can always have in your hands a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. Next to the villa and the summerhouse, there is a large swimming pool, perfect for hot summer days. If our content did not impress you, our Villa also offers a separate playground with a badminton net or a mini football goal that can also be used as a floating water polo game. Of course, there is also a trampoline that would make happy even the smallest members of your family. So, the only thing you have to do is to book our Villa Silvano & Nadija as soon as possible and start your perfect summer vacation right away.

Our villa is located at the end of the village of Tadini, in the municipality of Kaštelir, immersed in a peaceful environment with lots of green and contains all the necessary content to make your vacation idyllic. The small village of Kaštelir is strategically positioned, only 14 km away from the city of Poreč, which is famous for its sights such as the Euphrasia Basilica, the Roman House, and Neptune's Temple, and in itself offers a series of events throughout the summer season. From the romantic town of Rovinj, Kaštelir is only 24 km away, and a tour of this charming town can be joined by a day trip to our national park, Brijuni island. If you want to spend a different trip, our area offers many possibilities, from a vacation at Istralandia Aquapark near Brtonigla or Acquacolos in Poreč. Locally you can enjoy also various adrenaline parks or "off road" tours. If you are looking for a different, more quiet vacation, but still would like to know better the tradition of this area, Kaštelir offers a great holiday surrounded by nature, where you can enjoy also typical Istrian products such as wine, olive oil and other, directly by the local producers.
