Villa Spartium is urban place in village Klis located by the road that leads to Split. Villa offers accommodation for 6 people in three spacious air-conditioned rooms with separate bathrooms and two more people on a sofa bed. There is another separate bathroom with a bathtub. Inside the house is fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, laundry, gym and entertainment area and TV in all rooms. In front of the house is a covered area with a barbecue and outdoor dining area, outdoor lounge area, spacious pool with sunbeds and a garden. The house is completely fenced and offers guests privacy. Parking for several vehicles is available inside that fenced area and it is accessed directly from the road. The villa is located 6 km from the highway exit along the road leading to Split or the airport. This makes it the perfect place for anyone who wants to spend a vacation near the city but wants to avoid the city crowd. Also, its location in the center of Dalmatia makes it an excellent starting point for exploring the surrounding area. At the same time, the facilities we offer give you the opportunity to spend a pleasant time swimming, sunbathing and barbecuing with family or friends.

Klis is a small historical place located on a hill 8 km away from Split. It takes 10-15 minutes by car to get to the city center. If you are unable to drive, we can arrange a taxi for you or you can take the bus, whose stop is in front of the house. The proximity of the city makes it easy to visit, whether you're interested in historical attractions or nightlife. Also city and suburban beaches are 10-15 km from the house. You can reach the house from the airport by a direct road and the distance is about 24 km, which takes about 30 minutes. Opposite the house is a small shop, and in the center of village, which is 1 km away, is a pharmacy, a shop, a post office and a coffee shop. The surrounding hills offer opportunity for people who like mountain biking or hiking. The main attraction in the village is the medieval Fortress ( known to Game of Thrones fans as Meereen), and 5 km from Klis is historical site, remains of a Roman city Salona. Klis is also known for restaurants offering the best roast lamb in the area, which are located 500 m from the house.
