House on the waterfront with direct access to the beach. Mediteran garden, jacuzzi, ideal for quiet vacations with family and friends. House with character. THE VILLA Strmo The Villa is located on the south side of Island ČIOVO. The property has 790 square meters which is just enough for everyone to find their own "peace of haven". The house has 250 square meters + 30 square meters of the summer kitchen. The house is designed for 10 - 12 people, has 5 double rooms with bathroom, large living room, all rooms have sea views and / or terraces. Completely renovated in 2021. - stunning sea view from all rooms. - 10 steps to the beach - Outdoor shower, jacuzzi. - AC in every room, WiFi & more. Parking is free up to 3 cars We are a family thats loves animals, but it is always necessary to submit a request for a pet. Small pets up to 3 kg are free of charge, for larger pets we charge extra. Daily songbird wake up call. In the morning just take a cup of your favourite coffee or tea and step into the sea in front of the house, or you can walk or jog on small path near the coast. In summer season ( June-September) in the sea you will find a boat (Pasara) which has a 5hp mercury engine, also you can use SUP or canue (all free of charge).
We try to make the guest feel good, we have arranged the villa and garden with a lot of effort and love, and we hope that we can pass part of that to you. We know we can do better, but only with your help. We wish you a peaceful, quiet holiday with your loved ones. Team villastrmodotcom
