the two staff that we met were excellent, went the extra mile to make us feel welcome, and arranged a special breakfast for my birthday that fell during our trip. the continental breakfast offered a wide choice, with scrambled eggs or an omelet available if you wished. all in all a lovely boutique sized hotel with only 6 rooms and ideally situated just outside the Pile gate.

Live like a Noble – Imagine to live in a luxurious villa built in the end of the 18 century, but renovated to the highest standards, showing you the life of a noble Dubrovnik family. This Boutique Hotel lies only 100m from the main entrance of old town Dubrovnik and offers therefore numerous advantages. Breakfast in the Garden –The garden offers some of the oldest Japanese Sago palm trees in the old town and is full of flowers and green and has a view on the walls, the main entrance of the old town and the sea. Being in a Museum –The house is completely renovated during the winter 2019/2020. Feel a bit like in a a museum that offers a blend of over 100years old renovated furniture and modern smart equipment. Great Location – As a tourist this is considered the best location. Your in the old town but logistically it’s easy to reach and secluded at the same time. As a mini hotel with only 6 rooms we have more time for you to show you the history of our house and surrounding. We carefully listen to your wishes and always try to make them come true. Dealing only with the best restaurants, excursions, skippers, tourist guides we guarantee a complete top holiday and experience.
