Food was very tasty and food presentation exceptional. Very clean. The staff (ladies at the Reception very professional and pleasant). TaiwanBest breakfast I had. Period. The staff is very polite and helpful. We had a complimentary Prosecco in our room when they learnt that we were celebrating our anniversary. I enjoyed watching sunset from my window with Red Keep by the Ardriatic sea. 5 minutes walk to the old town. Perfect.

Didn't pay 40 euro to walk the wall! Walked the inside.
Didn't pay 40 euro to walk the wall! Walked the inside. Unusually, you climb as you go towards the sea! Walk the inner perimeter and you will find a hole in the wall leading to a bar with beautiful Sea views.

If you want to visit beautiful Dubrovnik, book an appartment...
If you want to visit beautiful Dubrovnik, book an appartment just outside the old town. Get up very early and start your tour in Dubrovnik between 7 and 8 am. The Stradun is almost empty at that time. Between 9 and 10 the first boats and busses arrive and the main streets get overcrowded. A good time to start your walk on the walls. In the afternoon, when it's hot, visit Rector's palace, churches... Have a nice dinner and return to your quiet appartment (while the old town is noisy most of the night...)

Go early - Europe starts from 9am so if you want to see the Stradum without the crowds, around 8am will give you a much better view for photos that are not all photo-bombed by everyone else in love with this historic city.

Get in early to miss crowds, lots of cruises come in so check how many ships are in the day/days you are going in to town. Great place to people watch and have coffee or drinks and just relaxing and enjoy.

Nice vibe on the street.
Nice vibe on the street. Plenty of action but can get quite crowded. Busy in late September which should be off season so could be uncomfortable in mid-summer. Lots of walking tour groups clog up the streets.

Great location right in Dubrovnik's Old Town, just a short walk from Buza Gate perfect for catching sunset drinks by the sea. We really appreciated that there were no stairs to deal with, which made getting in and out with luggage so much easier than other Old Town places we've stayed. Being tucked inside the city walls meant we could walk to everything restaurants, the harbor, Stradun within minutes. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be right in the heart of the action without the extra climbing.

Very new and clean rooms near high tower of Dubrovnik with a view of town. There are a lot of steps to the accommodation from the Stradun but worth it for the separation from the tourist hoards. You pass a garden with ripe vegetables. Close to restaurants. There is a terrace but we didn't use.

Excellent location just off Stradun in Old Town. So many restaurant options nearby. Stayed in private room (on 3rd floor, no elevator) with bunk beds. Air con worked fine. Nice view of bell tower and rooftops from small balcony. Less than 5min walk to bus stops for the bus station etc

The hotel was in a great location 1 minute from Pile Gate and 3 metres from Stradun. It has modern amenities, TV, AC and sockets for charging devices. Breakfast was very good, made fresh to order, with a variety of options. Staff were courteous and very helpful.

The rooms were spotless and airy with the air conditioning very much appreciated
There was free water on each floor either hot (instead of a kettle in your room) and cold to rehydrate
The location was the best - next to the Pile Gate where taxis can drop
Off and the entrance to the wall and start of the Stradun so if you are staying for only a couple of days these sites are within immediate access

This little apartment was well located, not far from a side entrance to the Old Town and a few minutes walk to the main Stradun. It had all the necessary facilities, including a little kitchenette with fridge, crockery and cutlery, air conditioning and a compact bathroom off the bedroom. It even had an extra toilet on the ground floor!

Great location!! Only 30 sec from Stradun. Quiet neighbours, however only 3min walk to the Irish bar.
Clean apartment, extra towels provided for the beach and washing machine pods.
Brilliant coffee machine and pods provided.
The host was helpful before our arrival and gave great suggestions for our arrival day as our flight landed early in the morning and we needed to store our bags somewhere.
