Near our house, at the edge of the village, is the beginning of two light cycling and hiking paths. One cycling path leads to the beautiful viewpoint at the Mouth of Cikola River only 1 km from the house and the other cycling path, 5 km long, leads to the entrance Lozovac of the Krka National Park, where you can visit the Skradinski Buk waterfall, one of the best known natural beauties of Croatia. At the Krka National Park, you can spend time sunbathing or enjoying rich flora, fauna, and monuments of rural architecture. Back at the house, you will also be surrounded by nature, our beautiful garden with flowers and vegetables, as well as a neighboring farm with sheep, goats, and chickens – just like a regular Dalmatian villager! The house is spacious, it is fully equipped for longer stays. For your convenience, in the kitchen/living room and each bedroom is an air conditioner/heater.
Would you like to experience the peaceful simplicity of rural Dalmatian life, far from hustle and bustle of tourism, yet so close to beautiful nature and leisure activities, and still close enough to the beaches and main cities? Then our Village House Fafarinka is the perfect place for you! As a bonus, you will have a treasure of information about the region, as my daughter is a certified tour guide for the Šibenik and Split counties. We would be delighted to welcome you to our family house and the Šibenik region. We love to meet people from different countries and make their stay here perfect. We can communicate in English, Spanish and Italian languages.
The house is situated 16 km from Sibenik center and popular beaches, 7,5 km from the Lozovac entrance to the famous Krka National Park, and 13 km from the picturesque town of Skradin. Village House Fafarinka is only 9 km away from the highway. It is suitable for longer stays and an excellent starting point for trips to the nearby cities of Zadar (1 hour away), Split (1 hour away), and Trogir (50 min away). Furthermore, the house is a great starting point for nature and hiking lovers, since in the Krka National Park there are numerous hiking and walking trails. Besides that, since the house is situated close to the highway, other national parks like the Plitvice Lakes, and the Paklenica are easily approachable.
