This cozy 35 m² apartment with a small backyard is wonderfully located in the heart of the 7th district (Ruin bar district). Király street which is famous for its clubs and fast food places and Andrássy Avenue (the Hungarian "Champs Elysées”) are just around the corner. This apartment is close to the touristic central. Attractions and places like Váci Street, the main fashion shopping street in Budapest, with souvenir stores and breath-taking architecture, the Central Market Hall and the famous St. Stephen's Basilika are about 15 minutes from the apartment. The Danube and Vörösmarty Square (where the Christmas market takes place) are also just 20 minutes by walk. The Városliget (city garden, where the Heroes square stands) is also very close, just the opposite direction.

"The neighborhood is trendy and lively, crowded with bars, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and public gardens. There are two supermarkets just on the corner. Gozsdu Udvar is also on Király street. The Hungarian National Gallery is 15 minutes away. There is great public transportation (subway, trams, and buses) around the apartment, and there are bicycle rental stations nearby. The airport shuttle arrives/departs straight from the street as well.
