The property is located in the downtown at an atmospheric square (Mikszath Kalman tér) situated in the Palace District of Budapest. It is an old town square with lots of character, where you can find a few small cafes and very nice restaurants. From springtime to autumn the square is filled with the tables and chairs of open air cafés and restaurants, just as attractive as the multicultural shops of neighbouring Krúdy Gyula Street. Restaurants, cafés: Right at the etrance of the building there are 3 restaurants/cafés and in the pedesrtrian street starting from the square there are plenty of restaurants/pubs/cafés.
