The apartment is located on the upper floor of a historic building. There is no elevator in the building. There are 6 rooms in the apartment. Each room has its own bathroom. The kitchen is shared, as well as the laundry room. It is suitable for both longer and shorter stays. The rooms are for 2 people. Apartment made in a modern minimalist style, which is very quiet, in addition to being close to everything.

An apartment is located in the city center, on tram lines 4-6. Public transport is very simple and fast, which is why all our guests used to choose it. The apartment is quiet, warm in winter and cool in summer. There are shops, plazas, historical landmarks, bars, cafes, and attractions in the area.
