A beautiful, friendly, newly renovated, and stylish apt. It opens to the sunny courtyard with smol garden table and two chairs, while the bedrooms are street-facing. The apartment has two double beds in two rooms that open into each other but are not separated by a door. There is a larger queen-size bed in the living room, and a second double futon bed in the kitchen/dining gallery. The apartment is air-conditioned. There is underfloor heating in winter. In recent months, the service of the apartment has been extended with a larger, 52" size screen smart TV.

Pal street is a famous literal street of the city, where the novel The boys from Pal street originated. Near to the downtown, but still very quite. The Palace Quarter got its name from the palaces in the surrounding streets of the eighth district, which used to be owned by wealthy owners. There are also four universities nearby, so there are quite a few nice, cozy places to sit and pubs in the surrounding streets and small squares. The Hungarian National Museum and the Hungarian Craft Arts Museum are also located in the area. The central events of two great Hungarian revolutions took place here, which are also worth visiting in the surrounding streets, such as the stairs of National Museum or the Hungarian Radio building, or Corvin köz.
