PRIVATE BALCONY-TOP LOCATION-JACUZZI WITH PANORAMA Bright and sunny stylished apartment in the heart of the city with your private balcony where you can enjoy your meal or have evening conversations with a glass of beverage. The apartment consists of a spacious, bright room with a double bed, plus a pull out sofa bed. There is a stunning bathroom with bath and a well equipped kitchen. There is TV, fast wifi and A/C . Beside your private terrace you can enjoy the advantage of our shared rooftop terrace which only can be used by our guests. There you will have a premium jacuzzi for 5 people, plus chairs and seats to chill out and enjoy the panorama of the city. The location of the apartment is amazing! You can reach most of the spots by walk! Excellent for couples, friends and families.

The property is located in the downtown at an atmospheric square (Mikszath Kalman tér) situated in the Palace District of Budapest. It is an old town square with lots of character, where you can find a few small cafes and very nice restaurants. From springtime to autumn the square is filled with the tables and chairs of open air cafés and restaurants, just as attractive as the multicultural shops of neighbouring Krúdy Gyula Street. Restaurants, cafés: Right at the etrance of the building there are 3 restaurants/cafés and in the pedesrtrian street starting from the square there are plenty of restaurants/pubs/cafés. In the nearby Ráday street as well there are numerous different good restaurant and the first Michelin restaurant of Budapest (name is Costes) located also there. Supermarket: There is an Aldi at Üllői út 14, 5 min by foot from the flat but you can also find other smaller shops arround. Sights: National Museum: 3 min walk Great Market Hall which is a very famous building and you can buy lots of Hungaricum there: 12 min walk or 1 tram station Gellért Bath: 20 min walk or 2 tram stations away
