We are also available on WhatsApp during opening hours, but we are available via Booking until 10pm. Of course, our guests can also contact us outside opening hours in case of emergency. As of September 1, 2021, all accommodation providers in Hungary are required to collect information on guest identities upon the arrival of each guest and share that information with the Hungarian Tourism Agency. In practice, the data must be collected via digital scanning of identification documents and uploaded to a Closed Information Database for Guests (Vendég Információs Zárt Adatbázis or VIZA) provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. If a guest refuses to provide the required document, this individual must be refused the accommodation service. The data shall include details such as name, surname, place and date of birth, nationality, the address of the accommodation and expected dates of stay and other data. For Hungarian guests, national identity cards, driving licenses and passports are accepted as proof of identity. For guests arriving from the EU, identity cards and passports are accepted, and for guests arriving from third countries, only passports are accepted for identification and document scanning.

Brand new, modern studio apartments await guests wishing to explore the beauty of Budapest. Take a boat trip on the Danube, visit the Parliament, enjoy Hungarian cuisine and taste our wines. Then, when you are sufficiently tired, relax in our small but comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The building is easily reachable by tram 4-6, which runs day and night, or by metro line 3, and is just a comfortable walking distance from the Danube bank. There are cafés, restaurants and even a shopping mall in the area. The apartments are on the second floor of an old, slightly shabby building with no lift. These apartments are private accomodations (not hotel). Four apartments in one flat in a residential building, opening from a common corridor, like in a hotel. The apartments have own kitchen equipped with simple dishes, breakfast equipment and other items. The apartmens have a private bathroom with shower. We provide fresh towels for those who stay 5 days or more in every 3rd day. Unfortunately, we cannot provide daily cleaning. For longer stays we provide weekly change of linen and towels and cleaning. HEATING: central heating (with adjustable radiators) AIR CONDITION: air conditioner only in summer (jun-sept) HOT WATER: boiler with limited capacity (approx.1,5 hours before it's full!). The room has no power without the keycard, so there may be no hot water on arrival. Dear guests! We hope that you will feel very comfortable in the apartment. As you probably know, there is an energy crisis in many countires (like in Hungary, too) and a global climate crisis. We would therefore like to ask you to follow some energy saving tips: - Be mindful of your water consumption, especially hot water. - When you leave your accomodation and/or the windows are open, please turn off the air conditioning. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Otherwise 100 EUR compensation will be charged. Please no noise after 10 pm.

The Corvin district, renovated in recent years, has been given a completely new look. The nearby Ráday Street offers a number of exciting restaurants, bars and cafés. The mall has more than 90 shops. Take a walk to the banks of the Danube and then travel on tram number 2, which was ranked the 7th most beautiful tram line in the world by National Geographic in 2012. You can reach the Parliament by this tram.
