Wow, Bulgari let me experience what is “customized services”, beside all the luxury hotel provided the excellent service, all the Bulgari staff tried to provide what the best I need and what the most convenient for me, and all of them are so friendly. I already missed the placed event though I just left there today afternoon:)

MaltaRose was amazing. One night when she picked me up from the gym we started a discussion about granola. I shared that I love their granola and this is my favourite thing to eat in the morning. When we left she brought as a gift a bowl full of granola and also the recipe for granola from one of their chefs. Full attention at the details and excellence at next level. We would like to come back as soon as possible
