The best breakfast I ever experienced in a hotel. There was everything, from continental to sushi. The room was super clean and had an amazing view on the city. The swimming pool on the roof is unmissable. Overall we had a great stay.

Everything was great, Super nice polite and professional staff, the breakfast was impeccable. There was nothing more the staff could do to make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel overal stands up to the standards you would expect and even more. The only thing was with the bedding as other reviews pointed out. I suspect dust or small particles, caused me to have an allergic reaction and runny nose and difficulty breathing. I hope they resolve the issue as soon as possible and we would love to stay again.

it is in a bit rundown part of Jakarta so wasn't expecting much but it is like a hidden gem there. The staff is really treating you like a 5 star hotel and super helpful. The rooms are huge and modern with an enormous double bed which is ultra comfortable with 2 different hardness pillows. Rainshower to top off a gigantic bathroom. Henri from the restaurant treats you like you are in a 5 star restaurant.
