This apartment features a spacious pool, which is shared among residents. No unwanted rules, yet something which we expect you to cooperate with us. 1. Late checkout will incur additional charges , based on availability & must be requested in advance. 2. Security deposit ( IDR 200.000,- ) will be kept upon check-in 3. Please contact the front office to save your valuables. Building Management will not be responsible for any loss of guest/tenant belongings inside the apartment also for loss or damage of guest/tenant car and vehicles. 4. Guest/tenant must show a valid ID card or passport upon check-in and if requested upon check-out. 5. An extra person will be charged IDR500.000,- person. Only 1 extra person is allowed. 6. Guests are not allowed to conduct any activity that constitutes breaking applicable law in Indonesia, including but not limited to gambling, using and or selling drugs and or narcotics. 7. Strong-smelling fruits such as Durian, Cempedak, Jackfruit, are not allowed inside the apartment. 8. Guest/Tenant are not allowed to make loud noises that disturb another tenant/guest 9. Except in the provided outdoor smoking area, building management will try to keep the area including inside the apartments free from smokes. 10. Request for Cleaning Room is between 8 AM in the morning until 4PM in the afternoon. Welcome to our lovely Apartment!
