## The neighborhood This 4 bedrooms villa is located at only around 6 kilometers from centre of Lovina. Experience traditional culture in peaceful, rural surroundings of the tranquil northern Bali. Away from the bubbly and touristy spots of the south, you will find the authentic way of Balinese life, breathtaking landscape and loads of fun activities. As this villa is new and located on a rural and remote location, please kindly be advised that the road is narrow and the access is considered not very smooth. On the rainy season, the road could be potentially muddy and slippery. If you rent a car, it's advisable for you to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car with the size bigger than a Toyota Avanza may not be suitable to the road. ## Getting around Optional (additional cost) – please book 48 hours in advance: - Driver: a 6/7 passenger car can be used up to 8 hours a day with driver, taking you all the places you would like to visit (additional charge will be applied) Additional note: *Pets are not allowed to be in the premises, except, there is approval from our management board. Regarding this matter, 30% deposit for pets would be required, provided that they are well-trained and that you leave a security deposit, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage occurs. *Baby cot is available (subject to availability) *Extra bed is not available ## Date alteration is NOT ALLOWED
