Good start with prompt and friendly check in. Our room was clean and although a bit on the small side was well appointed. We were glad that we chose the convenience of a pool access room. We were surprised to be handed a breakfast menu as we were used to having a buffet breakfast in Bali. However, we were not disappointed as we tried most dishes on offer and all were delicious. There was also a decent food and drink selection in the hotel restaurant Romeos. The hotel is situated in a convenient location with plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from.

The service is great. The staff took really good care of you and your needs, always smiling and ready to help. Best experience with hotel services ever. The swimming pool is also nice but I didn't have a chance to try it because the beach is only 5' away. There are also many nice restaurants and facilities near the hotel.
