No Service Fee, host will pay Booking platform fee for you, and no default Cleaning Fee in this booking. Available to the Guest: + 2 Bedrooms (TowerA): A 49m² non smoking 2 Bedrooms, mid floor sunrise view + 3 Bedrooms (TowerB) : A 76m² non-smoking 3 Bedrooms, high floor city view + Self check-in, access to the room key will be informed after booking confirmed and passport submission. + Main Bedroom: Queen-size spring bed, with linen, bed cover and pillow. The room is equipped with a wardrobe, a working desk, and a hairdryer & full AirCon. + Small Bedroom: Single-size (100 x 200 cm) spring bed, with provision of linen, bed cover, and pillow. In each room is a wardrobe, working table and full AirCon. + Bathroom with toilet, equipped with hot water, towels, bath gel & shampoo. For the 3 bedroom (TowerB), there are 2 bathrooms and another small bathroom use as laundry room. + Hot drinking water machine and electric kettle are provided, with 2 big bottles of drinkable water, along with Indonesian Sumatra coffee and tea for your convenience. + Water, electricity, and internet utilities are all included. + Kitchen, cooking utensils, pots and pans, oil, salt and pepper are provided including rice cooker, gas stove and a full-sized fridge. + In each wardrobe, hangers, and an iron, plus ironing table are also provided. + Big Smart TV, come with pre-login Netflix 4K, HBO Go and Amazon Prime Video. + There are laundry shops, ATMs, various restaurants, cafés, and multiple convenient stores in the building at ground level. NOT available to Guests: + Daily Room Cleaning & refill to the consumable (drinking water, toilet papers etc) + Free parking at the building (it is separate charge). Guest Access : + Anything inside the room and the premise is free to use, including access to the facilities like the pool, gym, lobby, playground, and the running track around the pool. + You may receive packages & food delivery from the delivery desk, open from 7AM to 11PM every day.

Other Things to Note : (1). This booking is managed individually, nothing to do with front lobby reception or building management, the services provided might not match the 5-stars hotel standard, e.g. host might not answer the question or inquiry timely or 24 hours, (2). Guests must ensure contact details listed on BookingCom is valid and reachable and will be required to submit a form of identification (KTP/passport) prior to check-in, (3). Communication during the stay with host will be through Booking messaging and/or Social Media WA, (4). Room Cleaning available upon request at 200K idr for 2-3 hours room cleaning plus linen, bedcover & towels refreshment, (5). For long term stay, host offers weekly, biweekly and monthly discount embedded in the Booking pricing formula. For longer than that, please contact host, (6). Extra bed is available at 75K idr per night /single, need to contact host for arrangement.
