Everything! The staff is incredibly nice, helpful and really make you feel welcome. The rooms are super clean and you can use all the facilities and kitchen material. Hands down, one of my favorite hostels ever.

The staff is incredibly friendly and they helped me to organize a shuttle. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The curtains allow you to have more privacy. The location is good and very close to the train station.

Incredible staff, who remember your name, happy to offer and make you ice tea or coffee, helpful, friendly, smiley, beautiful people! The hostel itself is fabulous, lots of quirky relax areas, full kitchen, clean, bright, lush. Comfortable bed, everything well maintained. A great stay!

What is not to like about Snooze Malang? The hospitality we received from its staff was outstanding. The facility is being properly cleaned multiple times a day. Fully equipped kitchen with free mineral water. Showers worked as expected. Central location in Malang. We could go on and on. But in short, we recommend this place to everyone, 10/10.
