A breathtaking new property in the rice fields of beautiful Ubud. Check in and enjoy! 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a beautiful pool area with bubble bath, enclosed living area and an indoor gym offers all you need during your stay. All 5 bedrooms are equipped with A/C, TV and safety box and offer a private bathroom. Big sliding glass doors ensure daylight and beautiful views on the spacious pool area. The rooms are designed with your comfort in mind, to give you a comfortable private space whenever you need it. The enclosed living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities needed for your holiday stay. Huge floor-to-ceiling glass windows offer an amazing view over the nature of Bali as well as the lounge and pool area. Prepare your favorite drinks, breakfast or dinner here and enjoy this stylish place to the fullest. With one day's notice, our staff can prepare a fresh breakfast for you at the villa. A private chef can be arranged for lunch and dinner. Please contact our butler, extra costs apply. A private in-house gym gives you the opportunity to stay fit during your holiday and jump straight in the refreshing pool after the gym session. The pool area is truly unique and offers not just amazing nature views from the spacious infinity pool but also two lounge areas and a cozy bubble bath on the high quality wooden deck. Enjoy a drink with your friends, have a relaxing swim in the pool or read in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. Sunshades can be installed after your needs. Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa, please contact our butler if you wish to adjust times. *This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze

ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud. Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
