During your stay, you will discover a pleasant living room en-suite with a dining area for 4 people, the perfect spot to come together for a meal or game during your stay. Moreover, a fully equipped kitchen will assist you in cooking your favorite foods or juices for your loved ones. The couch area is located in the center of the living room and overlooks the pool and the jungle. Choose your favorite spot while sipping your tea or coffee. This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze. The outdoor area is all you need to enjoy. A large private pool, sun loungers on the wooden deck, and an outdoor sitting area will complete all your enjoyment! Whether you come to sunbathe, read a good book, or just enjoy the view. All activities will bring you to your dream vacation. The staff will come daily to clean the villa, and our manager will assist you with all questions and inquiries you might have during your stay. The team can also prepare a delicious breakfast at the villa for a little surcharge, or a private chef can be hired for lunch and dinner. Please check at least 1 day in advance with the manager for options and pricing. The manager will assist you with car/scooter rentals, restaurant visits, massages, baby beds and chairs, taxi rides, laundry service, and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him. ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is new and located on a remote location with jungle view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. VILLA WITH NATURE VIEW You might hear noises which come from the insects and geckos who inhabit the jungle long before we began the villa construction. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem. Because the property is located in a relatively remote area, flow of electricity is not as reliable as in cities. Therefore, power cuts from the main provider may be expected from time to time. Kindly note that these are completely out of the host's scope. No generator is available on site. Kindly note that jungle and lands surrounding the property are not our property. This means locals can pass by or freely use their lands any way they want. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope or for the presence of other human beings in the surroundings. ** The villa is subject to some noise due to the surrounding environment (construction) **
