A tranquil 5 bedroom villa is waiting for you, just outside of bustling Ubud, surrounded by rice fields and Bali’s wonderful nature. This newly built property consists of 3 houses, nestled around a spacious pool and overlooking lush rice fields. The perfect place to enjoy your days in Ubud! The space All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with daylight and the rooms are equipped with A/C, TV and safety box. All rooms/houses in this villa have floor-to ceiling sliding glass doors that can be opened at any time. Modular beds can be transformed into king or twin beds, after your preference. The enclosed living room with kitchen and dining area is located next to the infinity pool and the rice fields surrounding it. A beautiful wooden ceiling and the view of nature ensures a comfortable and good feeling for everyone. The fully equipped kitchen offers all you need to prepare your favorite drinks and meals, overlooking the common spaces of the villa. A spacious dining table offers enough space for everyone to come together and enjoy a delicious meal or some board games. The sun loungers around the pool invite you to relax with a good book in the shade or have a tan in the sun before refreshing yourself in the beautiful infinity pool. Take some time to enjoy the tranquil feeling, the nature sounds around and the view of Bali's flora & fauna. This is where you can truly soak in all the holiday feelings! Our staff is coming daily to clean the villa, please talk to the butler if you would like to request special times. The staff can also prepare fresh breakfast for you in the villa, please let the butler know at least 1 day in advance for menu options and prices. *This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze

The entire villa is yours during your stay, no space is sharing with others. Please note as we don't own the rice fields in front of the villa, you may experience some farmers passing in front. As they are working on their land, this is just natural and we can't do anything against it. Take it as an opportunity to see more of the locals life! ROAD ACCESS CONDITION As this villa is new and located on a remote location with rice field view, the road access is not smooth and perfect. The road is narrow, made of limestone not asphalt, could be muddy after a long rain, and have potholes here and there. There are no lampposts on the limestone road heading to the villa, so it can be dark at night. If you rent a car, please be aware to bring a smaller car when you arrive at the villa, as a big car may not fit in the road. A car bigger than a Toyota Avanza, may not be suitable to the road. VILLA WITH RICE FIELD VIEW As nature is integral to the villa, you may hear noises which come from the insects who inhabit the rice field. This is the charm of living close to nature in Ubud Kindly note that rice fields surrounding the property are the main food resources for locals living in the area. This means they may be harvested at different times of the year. Host is not responsible for any surrounding landscape modification out of their scope. Bali is a humid and tropical natural environment with lots of greenery. Geckos & insects are endemic to the Island. Even though gentle pest controls are regularly operated at the property, some encounters may occur. Please note that all of them are completely harmless and important for a balanced ecosystem.
