Set in the quiet riverside suburb of Ballintemple/Blackrock, we offer everything you need for a comfortable stay and sleep. Our guesthouse is 30 minutes’ walk from the city centre. It’s an easy 10 mins cycle to Cork or a short bus ride – and there’s a bus stop outside the door. There is car parking onsite, free parking on street suitable for vans and mini-trucks, and space to store your bike if you need it. We offer our B&B guests a quiet space in a safe – and lovely – residential suburb close to city’s heart. We are the only accommodation provider in the historic suburb of Blackrock and the closest guest house to: - Páirc Uí Chaoimh – concerts this year include Ed Sheeran, Westlife and Elton John - Blackrock Castle and observatory – home to the delicious Castle Cafe as well - Pairc Ui Rinn - Mater Private Cork - South Infirmary Hospital Our family business opened the doors in 1992 and we haven’t looked back. We used the enforced time off in 2022 to renovate and we’re looking forward to welcoming you back again.

B 3km from Cork city It is an ideal location for walking and very convinent to get to the city centre, with excellant bus route
