I am delighted to welcome you to this spacious comfortable accommodation with well proportioned reception rooms and off street parking for 2 (or 3) cars. The magnificent entrance hallway is a particular feature with a tumbled marble floor and gentle curving ellipse. A staircase to the upper floors with a feature dome providing outstanding natural light to the epicentre of this home. Located in a first class city centre location with restaurants, public houses and shops within a 5 minutes walk. Upon arrival guests will enjoy immediate access to the house. There are 2 off street car parking spaces but please reverse in as it is easier. We have previously parked 3 cars in the yard when needed, but it a squeeze. The House has 4 bedrooms, All the bedrooms are ensuite, with hotel quality mattresses and linen. Also, all but one bedroom has its own TV with access to terrestrial channels and Netflix. There are also two TV's in the common areas. Guests enjoy the full freedom of the house with 24 hour access. Late arrivals are not a problem
