There are a number of horses, cattle and other pets on site here at Hazelwood that can be viewed at anytime on request. I maintain lovely gardens as this is a great interest of mine. I like to entertain my guests and host people upon arrival. We would often go for a walk in the fantastic forest park that is within walking distance from my house, this is a lovely way to pass an afternoon. We have a race course and a dog track nearby. Lots of visitors stay here as a mid-way between The Cliffs of Moher and Dingle. Business people stay as we are local to many firms, the airport and offer comfort home from home. We are a very friendly and welcoming family. A good stay is guaranteed.

Hazelwood allows easy access to the N69 Wild Atlantic Way, Foynes and the beautiful River Shannon. Very near Hazelwood is Curraghchase Forest Park which offers cycling paths and walking trails, locally there a number of fine restaurants and pubs which cater for many appetites. Clonshire equestrian is a short drive away, they offer riding lessons to all abilities and also feature cross country rides. In Adare there are a number of excellent golf courses, and a Heritage Centre and many tourist attractions such as castles to view, the area is rich in Celtic heritage. The roads around the house are quite and safe to walk on. Stonehall Visitor Farm is a great day out for all the family featuring many different animals and fun family activities. The Crescent Shopping Center is about a 20 minute drive from Hazelwood, and contains all the shops one could need. There is also a cinema located on the grounds of the shopping center. There is a local Milk Market in Limerick City which offers all sorts of locally produced food products, such as cheese and vegetables, etc. During the wintertime our neighborhood is ideal as a warm homely base for horse riding and game shooting (Season Oct-Feb).
