Property information

The holiday homes are beautifully designed, with lovely tiled floors, beamed ceilings, comfortable sofas, open fire plus free WiFi. They are tastefully decorated and well maintained with underfloor heating on the ground floor. Each has an open plan area, combining the kitchen, dining with big dining table perfect for gatherings, and living room. Also on the ground floor, are 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. On the first floor is a master double bedroom (en suite shower room) and 1 twin (en suite shower room). There are nice gardens (not enclosed) with patio furniture at each property. There will be an additional charge for Electricity/ Heating. This will be meter read and charged on site.

Neighbourhood information

The rugged coastline around Waterville is absolute stunning, with beaches such as Derrynane, Ballinskelligs all within easy reach. Water sports are available everywhere and golf is available on one of Ireland’s oldest clubs at Waterville. Trips to the Skellig Rocks are available from Ballinskelligs. There are fun festivals during the summer season, such as the Charlie Chaplin Comedy Film Festival in August.
