Amazing Penthouse, located on the 23rd floor in a tower. The total size is 300 sqm, 170sqm indoor and 130sqm balcony, 4 bedrooms and a living room, magnificent view of Tel Aviv metropolitan and the sea. A sports club is located within 50m away including Pools, Gym, tennis courts, etc. The house is 10min from Yarkon Park Tel Aviv and close to all center locations.

The neighborhood is quite, the building is part of 5 building project surrounded by a big green park which can be used for jogging as well as a big playground for children (great for spending time with the family in Sabbath). Sports Center (picture provided) The house is 100m from the local sport center which includes a big gym, 2 pools (winter and summer), hot tub/Jacuzzi, tennis courts. There is also a 2 free basketball courts located next the house (outside the sports center) Groceries / Restaurants: You have a close by big grocery center ("Hatzi Hinam) with everything you need , it is 300m by foot from the house. It also has a café/restaurant ("Aroma") and also McDonald's, ATM's, Pharmacy, Hair Dresser etc' You have also a convenience store in the Gas Station called "Yellow" or "Paz", it's open 24/7 and it's 100m by foo (in case you come late) Synagogues: There are couple of a synagogues very close by (less than 100m) , one is Sefradi and Ashkenzai, one of them also include a Mikve (13 Asirei Zion st)
