Our modern home is the perfect holiday gateway for families and group of friends! Located in Sinquerim, the villa is 8 min walk to the beach and 5 to 10 min drive from the most popular restaurants of Goa! The gated community is equipped with 24X7 security, restaurant, housekeeping services and an inverter (No Genset) for the frequent Goan power cuts. The villa has a large common pool. You won't regret staying with us, our friendly caretakers will ensure you have an unforgettable experience! This villa has 4 bedrooms with private balconies and garden. It has 4 beds and 2 mattresses and can sleep 10 people comfortably.

LOCATION This villa is perfectly located for those wanting to spend their time lazing or swimming at the beach. You can visit the Fort Aguada which is10min drive away. EATING Restaurants like Balcao Café Bar & Restaurant, Blue Banana, Himalaya Bar & Restaurant & Banyan Tree are walking distance away from the property. PARTIES & CASINOS - Sinq Night Club is populated by the youngsters who want to spend night to party. LPK in Nerul is another popular one. DISCOVERING - Do spend 1 day in Panjim to visit the church and walk around Fountainhas (the latin quarter). You can stop for lunch at Cafe Bodega (outdoor seating in a beautiful Portuguese house with art exhibitions) - The Dudhsagar waterfalls are a MUST SEE! It’s one of the most scenic waterfalls in India (300m high and 30m wide). 60 km from Panjim, the falls are located in the Bhagwan Mahaveer Sanctuary and Mollem National Park among the Western Ghats.
