•Sunglade, a 4-bedroom home in Kashid with interiors that have been recently refurbished by a leading interior designer. •This five-acre estate is skirted by a stream from around the back that gurgles during the monsoon season. • It is dense with hundreds of coconut and mango trees, and also has a few trees bearing sitaphal, peru, figs, bananas and lemons. Some seasonal vegetables are grown most of the year and are used in making meals. Watch the sunrise over the forest and the sunset over the ocean. •As dusk evolves to night, you can gaze at the vast expanse of stars, satellites and the moon overhead. •There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, and a very large third bedroom on a lower level with antique furniture and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. •The fourth bedroom is a large stand-alone room with a sit out just behind the main house offering lovely views of the greenery and the sea trees and bougainvillea flowers that almost intrude into the home itself. Meal Charge:All Meals Veg or Non-Veg:Rs.1600(+GST) per adult Child 6-11yrs -All Meals Veg-Non-Veg: 1000 security deposit 2500 per room Diesel charges for genset operation will need to be paid by the guests i.e. INR 600 per hour of usage.

Neighborhood info

Walk to the serene, secluded Dande beach nearby which is private and untouched. Both Kashid and Murud beach are just ten minutes away with a number of water sports to keep you occupied. You can walk through the Reserve Forest at the back of the house along trails with unique trees and flora. Or head for a trek through pathways around the property. For a heritage experience, visit the Janjira Fort in the middle of the water with some ancient tombs. The area is old and a little precarious but nevertheless adventurous.
