Located in one of the safest and posh residential areas of the city, with world famous Dal Lake at waking distance. This property is on your way to Sonmarg, "The Medow of Gold". At our villa we assure you absolute safety & security in all respects. We have upgraded our bedrooms for the utmost comfort of our guests and with a luxurious look and feel for the one of a kind experience of our guests. This is to note that, we are located in a residential colony, 700 mts away from the main road.
Casual, Social, Sensitive The experience at our residence shall be as comfortable for you as it is for us, and as the saying goes, its your "home away from home". The hosts occupy the one floor of the villa and are available to assist the guests with any and every thing at any given hour of day or night. Please also note that 4 cats also live along with the host on the property and roam around freely, only book if you are a pet and an animal lover like us.
A memorable stay is assured at this property, thanks to our spacious and sunny rooms with classy furniture and beautifully patterned rugs and linen. The common areas are aesthetic and inviting as well, and done up in warm tones.
