*the motville* A private Villa with a pool for family groups. Here is a homestay, 'the motville', for you to stay in quietude. Far from the madding crowds, it is a perfect getaway in Wayanad, located near Kalluvayal on the Kelakkavala-Kalluvayal Road. This is our ancestral home, which was settled in the early 1960s by our grandparents who hailed from Thodupuzha. *Locale* Our home is placed amidst a coffee plantation just about 100 meters away from the village road. The house is accessible by our own private road running through the coffee plantation. *Flora* Along with robusta coffee, we have other plantation crops like pepper, areca nut etc. We have also grown several trees like tamarind, garcinia cambogia, cashew, anjili, avocado and several varieties of mangoes. In this little land strip, we have about 60-70 jackfruit trees which yield us fruit around the year. "the motville", where you can stay in quietude.... Far from the maddening crowds, a perfect getaway for your family in Wayanad. A 5 Bedroom Property nested in a coffee plantation in an area of 10 acre. Unmatched Privacy. Our pool is a natural pool with no chemicals and chlorination. Water from an uphill stream runs through the pool cleansing and replenishing the water, always. Book Your Holidays !!
Myself, Ajith; my friends call me mots, hence I named our property, "the motville". I am a postgraduate in Management, worked in the Financial services industry for almost 14 years, with the TATA Group. I quit my job in 2019 for pursing my on business interests. I am running this business with my family along with taking care of the plantation surrounding the property. I'm married and have two kids.
Our property is located within a coffee plantation, the only one building within an area of 10 Acres. The property is surrounded by lots of large trees, which gives you a feeling of staying within a forest. The property is secluded from the outside world that once you enter the property you are in full isolation from the outside world. No immediate neighbors.. you are with absolute privacy.
