Surender ji is the owner and your host in Homestay, who was retired personnel from the job of central Government. He is simple, polite and cordial with the homestayers and guests. He is hosting the guest in his Homestay since August 2020.

Villotale Khadait SH is located in a an offbeat village called Khareth in Nainidanda of Pauri Garhwal District of Uttarakhand. In the midst of the jungle, the homestay is ideal for guests who are looking for offbeat family or work from home destinations in hills of Uttarakhand. The drive through out from Dugadda onwards is very thrilling and amazing. Totally through the wilderness along with river with full of scenic beauty, the drive is just amazing. Though this place is not a part of Corbett forest, but forest is forest. While driving one may encounter species of deers, lots of birds and sometime if lucky tiger/leopards too. The place has 5 double rooms in the first floor and out of those 4 has attached washrooms. One washrooms in just outside which is common one. In the ground floor, there is a big drawing rooms a giant screen TV and all amenities, a well equipped kitchen and fully furnished dining space. On the other sie, we have one six bedded room along with a tripe bedded room with one washroom.
