Constructed in 2014 in coordination with the main contractor, Sakhar Al-Iraq for General Trading (Sakhar Group), C.A.E.B Consultant and Engineering Office, Erbil, Iraq for Civil Work, and with Maqyas interiors as a leading interior design consultancy firm based in Dubai (UAE).
