Company information

Kjartan D is a premium host and has a long history of welcoming guests to their temporary Icelandic homes. Birta Rentals is a family business established in 2013 and has been growing steadily since.

Property information

Our apartment is located on the ground floor in a apartment building. We have three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a King size bed ( 180x200 cm ), the second bedroom has a double bed ( 140x200 cm ). The third bedroom has two single beds ( 90x200cm ). Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need.

Neighbourhood information

The neighborhood: It is located in residential area on the West side of Reykjavik city center and close to the University of Iceland and the city center. You are in walking distance to the lighthouse Grótta, popular place to see Northern lights in Reykjavik if the weather conditions are good. Locality and attractions: Food stores nearby, open 24 hours. There is a swimming pool and a gym within walking distance. The cycling and walking path around the city is next to the apartment on the coastline. Only 500 meters from the Domestic Airport terminal in Reykjavik
